Anonymous asked: I know you're not a professional nutritionist or anything but what do you think of this intake: 40g oats with milk, one huge banana and a tablespoon of peanut butter, a roll with quorn ham and tomato, an apple, a nectarine, 5 (large) chunks of tofu, aa 360 calorie m&s pasta dinner, yoghurt with granola, a square of butterscotch chocolate (I know it's not much but it was a challenge) and nibbled on about a handful of cereal throughout the day. I also ran about 10 minutes worth of sprints and I am
not looking to gain or lose weight, just to maintain and ensure I get sufficient nutrients
Hi, it’s cool you asked me this, it’s my first question of this kind :-) I’m not claiming to be a professional, and I’m glad you know that, but trust me enough.
Anyway, I don’t know how much of somethings you had like milk, but based on my assumptions, you’d have made about ~1700, maybe less, plus you had your sprints.
This seems a bit low, but again I don’t know your height, weight or age, etc.
I think you could’ve had a few biscuits or a milkshake in the afternoon between your lunch a dinner to get the cals up a bit, but otherwise you did really well! You ate healthily and balanced - and challenged yourself!
Well done <3
